  Location: Gurgaon

  Exp: 1-2 years

   

   

   

  • Record, capture, and authenticate user login information (use
    ames, passwords, certificates, etc.) and share it to customer HR for record purpose

   

  • Manage the employee database of users and job roles in sync with customer HR and IT team.

   

  • Co-ordination & Follow with logistics team to confirm pending dispatch asset count & Stock for customers.

   

  • Co-ordination via e-mail & phone with CM/Managers for the receipt of assets issued to customer.

   

  • Allow for addition, deletion, and change of individual users and broader job roles by coordinating with HR and inte
    al IT team.

   

  • Provide a history of login and systems access for audit purposes.

   

  • Allow for properly-segmented definitions and access controls for every part of the business’s systems and data

   

  • Track user activities across all systems and data

   

  • Report on user activities

   

  • Enforce systems access policies

   

  • Clearing 2 level of clearance (Data Backup & ID De-activation) for exit employee in customer portal.

   

  • Monthly /Weekly / Daily reports related to access revocation , AD ID, IDAM and HR and publish accordingly to respective stakeholders.

   

  • Ticket logging in Manage Engine ticketing tool - Off boarding, Access related issues.
