Job Description:

• ·        Daily you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders including Vendors, IT Ops lead and IT teams across business, service providers and suppliers.

  ·        In-depth knowledge of Project Management tools like MS Project and other Microsoft products like MS PowerPoint, Excel etc.

  ·        Defining, documenting, and safely executing infrastructure projects, actively driving all phases of the project as defined in the Group IT Project Delivery Framework and delivering to agreed timescale and budget.

  ·        Candidate must be able to understand the full-scale of tools IT integration with ITSM (Information Technology Service Management), He should be and follow-up with Inte
  al team and vendor for review defined workflows, processes its implementation and testing.

  ·        Have experience with IT Infrastructure project delivery which includes Implementation and rollout of ServiceNow, Monitoring tools, Backup and Patching tools.

  ·        Supplying effective leadership to assigned project staff. Responsible for supervision of contractors. Supports team members to deliver successfully through proactive and reactive handling of issues. Ensures compliance with project standards, processes, and controls.

  ·        Should follow Information Risk Management requirements as specified in group Risk management framework and Project Delivery Framework, including obtaining the IRM functional sign off.
