  • Strong Oracle EBS techno functional resource (financial modules)
  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating and establishing effective communication between stakeholders
  • Ability to drive issues to closure, work directly with business users in issue triaging, analysis etc.,
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
  • Work closely with Accenture AMS team in planning, assigning and prioritizing the tasks
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
