  1 Ability to analize and resolve complex infrustructure / Platform and application deployment issues 2 Self motivated , detailed oriented and able to work independently to meet deadline with in time constraints 3 Capacity management, OS Compatibility Matrix, OS hardning, patch management 4 OS migration Stratagy , planning and execution Maintain pSeries Servers HMC, LPAR, VPAR, DLPAR , NIM etc 5 Platform Management Automation

  Technical Experience

  1 Strong in Installation, configuration and maintenance of AIX 5x/6x/7x/8x Servers 2 Strong in pSeries configuration,implementation of HMC, LPAR, DLPAR and WPAR, VIO 3 Strong in Power HA Installation, Configuration and Maintenance 4 Good knowledge on NIM, OS upgrades and migrations 5 Good knowledge on System security and auditing 7 performance Tuning and Ke
  el Parameters 6 Strong in troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues 7 Backingup Restoring File System
