  Role Description: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

   

  Must Have Skills: Juniper routing and switching, Juniper Wireless, F5 load balancer and Velo Cloud

   

  Good to Have Skills: Cisco routing and Switching and Data Center network

   

  Job Requirements:

   

  Key Responsibilities: Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers inte
  etworking communications requirements Configure and troubleshoot WAN/ LAN/ WLAN equipment in a complex environment Remotely support new installs, circuit upgrades and logical changes

   

  Technical Experience:

  · Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco and Juniper Wireless Network, Cisco and Juniper Routers and Switches, F5 Load Balancers and SD-WAN.

  · Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets Identify potential failures and recommend solution Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions.

  · Provide day to day operational support for the in-scope device Management Services and Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.

  · Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Cisco and Juniper patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis.

  · Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management and Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols.

  · Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement & Core level debugging.

  · Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies.

  · Should be able to drive Network projects & work at the Data center during deployment of Network hardware’s Experience with Wireshark or other NAM tools.

   

  Professional Attributes:

  · Should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles

  · Should have supported Network deployments

  · Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations

  · Good understanding of procedures, application, and concepts within own subject area.

  · Flexible to work in 24x7 environment

   

  Educational Qualification: BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science or equivale.

   

  Additional Information: Certifications in JNCIA-DC, JNCIP-ENT, CCNA, CCNP or any other relevant certifications
