  Job Description:

   

  Security Tool Engineer, providing L1/L2 support to a variety of security tools and underpinning infrastructure within the client estate

  
  
  

  • Strong experience of Windows and/or Linux OS administration essential, with both desirable

   

  • Anti-malware tools (McAfee/Trend) – highly desirable

   

  • Experience of one or more of the following desirable: Active Directory, CyberArk, Encryption tool (Vormetric), FireEye-HX, Symantec-DLP, Office-365

   

  • Knowledge of Powershell and/or Linux Shell Scripting

   

  • Ability to deploy software packages across endpoint/server estate

  
  
  

   

   

  Responsibilities:

  
  
  

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

   

  • Key part of the Security Tools Operational 1st & 2nd line 24/7 Support. This will include Active Directory, CyberArk, Anti-malware tools (McAfee/Trend), Encryption tool (Vormetric), FireEye-HX, Symantec-DLP, Office-365 & OS Support

   

  • Daily activities including following ITIL process by handling tickets, responding to alerts, troubleshooting tools issue & providing updates to BU/Application or Management teams

   

  • Act as an interface with IT disciplines inside the larger organization, including CSTR/Network/Storage/ Windows/Unix Engineering and Support to provide resolution of service issues

  
  
  

   

   

  Other Responsibilities:

  
  
  

  • Pulling all the Tools report on request/schedule basis

   

  • Attending the Incident/CAB/Management meetings 

   

  • Documentation & providing training for new joiners

   

  • Creating (where needed)/updating runbooks for existing and new services
