    Role : Global IT Helpdesk Analyst (Inbound Voice)

     

     

     

    Location : Hyderabad

     

     

     

    Rate Limit Maximum : 50-55K INR including markup

     

     

     

    EXP : 2+ Years in Service Desk Support (Inbound Voice)

     

     

     

    Max 20 Days Notice Period candidates

     

     

     

    Note 1 : Looking for the candidates with inte

    This Position is for Global IT Helpdesk with a banking client (HSBC) of Wipro. IT Helpdesk is the Face of Inte
    al IT Support and is the First touchpoint through Calls from their global users (US, UK, Asia pacific countries who

     

     

     

    are English speaking). So the IT Helpdesk Engineer will have to troubleshoot IT related issues for end users via Phone and if required take a remote connection of User’s machine and resolve.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    ·         At least 2 years of previous experience in Global IT Helpdesk supporting global users.

     

     

     

    ·         Excellent Communication Skill – Verbal and Written

     

     

     

    ·         16/5 Service Window. Should be flexible to extend or ready to work on weekend if any business requirement arises.
