Rate Limit Maximum : 50-55K INR including markup

This Position is for Global IT Helpdesk with a banking client (HSBC) of Wipro. IT Helpdesk is the Face of Inte
al IT Support and is the First touchpoint through Calls from their global users (US, UK, Asia pacific countries whoare English speaking). So the IT Helpdesk Engineer will have to troubleshoot IT related issues for end users via Phone and if required take a remote connection of User’s machine and resolve.
· At least 2 years of previous experience in Global IT Helpdesk supporting global users.
· Excellent Communication Skill – Verbal and Written
· 16/5 Service Window. Should be flexible to extend or ready to work on weekend if any business requirement arises.
