  al systems via SOAP/REST services, JMS, MQ 3 Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting 4 Experience in Code quality measures like Code reviews, Compliance to Guardrail, working with AES 5 Ability to design security for Application with Access groups, Roles  Technical Experience : 1 Min 6 yrs hands on exp on PRPC Implementation 2 Exp leading successful delivery of release/releases with team reporting to him/her 3 Have worked on at least 1 project using end to end Agile methodology 4 Hand on work expertise on PEGA Process Flows and activities 5 Exp working on more than two PEGA frameworks 6 Exp in designing the application, orchestrating the process flows, SLA, Skill based routing 7 Proficient on the UI Elements and Reporting elements 8 Exp in guardrail,working with AES  Professional Attributes : Good communication and analytical skills  Educational Qualification: 1 Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA , Optional: LSA/CUIS/ CDPC/CP 2 Hands on 8 6 version pega  Additional Info : Strong
