Candidate should be responsible for all activities related to IT Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Assessment, Bulk Hiring, Selection and Induction, Sourcing & Screening, Offer Negotiations. Candidate should be dynamic, result oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skill. Candidate should have experience of working with small to medium size organisation.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, posting open requisitions on relevant job boards, closing offers and facilitating until the on-boarding process.

Exp - 2-10 Yrs.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Applicant Tracking from selection to onboarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
