  Must Have (One or more of these technologies)

  • Expert in large-scale Email/Messaging hybrid environment, G Suite/O365/Exchange on-premises
  • Expert experience with Email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP), Security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and API  Integrations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Email security gateways (Cisco ESA/SMA)
  • Expert in Windows Server Administration preferably windows server 2016 and higher OS. 
  • Basic hands on experience in infrastructure services : DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Fileshare, Print Service, Certificates Management.
  • Hands-on experience using scripts and scripting languages such as Powershell, Python
  • Basic Knowledge on AWS Cloud Hosting (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, SSM, CFT, Secates Manager)
  • Experience in Monitoring and Alerting systems (prefered Splunk, SCOM, Cloudwatch)
  • Knowledge in Ticketing Management Tool (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Madate Exp in Google workspace+ Gmail+ Gmaps
