  JD:

   

  •             Experience: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience

  •             Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development.

  •             Manage each project’s scope and timeline

  •             Experience in SAFe is addl plus(Scaled Agile Framework)

  •             Good Knowledge of Software development life cycle.

  •             Team management/Reporting

  •             Strong knowledge on JIRA administration

  •             Facilitate inte
  al communication and effective collaboration

  •             Be the point of contact for exte
  al communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders)

  •             Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

  •             Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

  •             Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

  •             Nice to have – Scrum Master Certification (CSM/SSM/PSM)
