Job Description:

• About the Position

  Role will partner closely with other product managers, compliance, GFCC, Controls, Operations, Design, Engineering & other stakeholders to develop a solution suite, including developing & writing product requirements, driving execution & end to end release plans.

  This role involves (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • Identify top use cases and support prioritization of features and capabilities

  • Develop product requirements, customer user jou
    eys and support technology development through delivery lifecycle

  • Assist with the planning, maintenance and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders

  • Work with Technology teams to define estimates for development work

  • Undertake client research in order to ensure alignment of requirements with their needs

  • Build effective relationships with key Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and functional leads; while being able to effectively challenge them to move projects forward

  • Eventually undertaking the role of Product Owner within an agile development squad

  
  
  
  Key Skills / Experience

  • Marketplace experience & knowledge (end to end but if not some expertise in the key areas: Pay In, Pay Out, Fund Management, Ledgering, Licensing/Compliance, KYC & Onboarding, Risk Management & Underwriting)

  • Experience with payments and account products preferred

  • Knowledge of eCommerce/Marketplace/TP3 industry a plus

  • Experience in building new products/services and executing on large scale and innovative initiatives/projects

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology a plus (qualified agile practitioner or similar)
