Job Profile:
Administration jobs may be located in a variety of Risk Management support, they may be located in projects or specialist teams as well as in established BAU teams. It is intended that these will be carrying out specialist work where the role holder is expected to have low level expertise in the field, but will not be required to be a specialist in the field or be a subject matter expert.
The job may support a team or a single person.
Administrationand and business support will carry out tasks such as:
1. Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management
2. Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
3. Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
4. Co-ordination - co-ordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
5. Research - carrying out non-specialist research
6. Control - gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
7. Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of Technology Third Party Risk Management area aims
8. Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
