  Mandatory skills:

  ·         Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Golang

  ·         Experience in building REST APIs in Golang, providing backend capabilities to interface with OpenStack and other downstream APIs.

  ·         Expertise in Golang concepts - Channels, Goroutines, Interfaces, Exception Handling and Concurrency etc.

  ·         Excellent Debugging Skills

  ·         API design standards, patte
  s and best-practices (OpenAPI 3.0, REST, JSON, Microservices etc).

   

  ‘Plus’ skills:

  ·         Knowledge of authentication, authorization of services via OAuth 2.

  ·         JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular), HTML5 (nice to have).

  ·         CI/CD tools GIT/Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, Maven.

  ·         Working knowledge with Oracle, PostgreSQL or Mongo DB databases.

  ·         Solid understanding of Agile testing discipline, e.g. TDD / BDD and experience applying these principles.

  ·         Experience with Kube
  etes/Docker/Helm/Istio/Gateway is a plus

  ·         Knowledge of API Gateway (e.g. Kong, Apigee)

  ·         Strong agile/scrum development experience

  ·         Strong background working with Linux/UNIX environments.

  ·         Working experience in Infrastructure automation projects is a plus.
