  Shift timings - 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST

   

  The Northe
  Trust Company is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Developer who can serve as technical development Lead to help facilitate and drive the successful design, development and implementation of a key application security project for the Information Security Data Protection group.

   

  This position will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and methodologies, including Spring, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Agile/Lean methodologies, etc.. In addition, the role will provide excellent exposure to key resources across the bank. The position will work closely with highly experienced and tech savvy resources, collaborate with multiple application teams, Information Security and Risk teams, and business and tech partners. A key part of this role will be working closely with application architects from other teams to understand their needs, determine a secure solution, and then communicate this solution back to architects to drive secure application solutions.

   

  A minimum of 5 years in IT experience with at least two of those years focused on Application Security is required.

  Must Haves:

  • Good Development skills around Java and Spring Framework

  • Technically versatile and savvy, either with experience in multiple technologies, and/or the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • In-depth understanding of information security and software development

  • Practical experience with security and authorization principles

  • Spring Framework, including Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Boot/Cloud

  • Rest API Development

   

  Nice to Haves:

   

  • SnowFlake, Venafi, Oracle 12c, Layer 7 API Gateway

  • JDBC
