  Mandatory skills:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in large client IT Infrastructure Operations
  • Proficient in verabl and written communication
  • Should possess good inter-personal skills
  • Sound IT Infrastructure and general Application knowledge
  • Cross-function experience with business teams, support teams and vendors
  • Good technical understanding of Active Directory, VMware, database and Storage concepts
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the testing of recovery procedures
  • Ability to effectively interact with other customer IT environment providers of DR services
  • Good understanding of ITIL disciplines within a commercial environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in disaster recovery or business continuity field at enterprise level
  • Ability to work in complex client environments under pressure
  • DR planning, tests/drills and implementation experience
  • Experience in Problem Management space and RCA preparation
  • Proactively identify key Infra risks in the environment and mitigate with relevant solutions

  
  Main responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

  • Plan, test, coordinate and lead recovery activities during a test or real DR event
  • Prepare and document DR plan to ensure customer\'s IT Organization can respond to a disaster in accordance with agreed-upon recovery time objectives
  • Frequent Coordination with service providers, delivery teams and business teams to ensure DR plans are executable, recovery objectives are achievable any potential inconsistencies are recognized
  • Provide reporting on Service Levels, risk and contingency planning
  • Work with inte
    al and exte
    al business partners to maintain alignment through exemplary communication
  • Strong Documentation experience and well versed in usage of Microsoft Office and Visio products
