  Desired skills:

  Exposure to Administrator level activities in ELN. Solid skills in understanding business requirements, analysis and implementation.

  Experience in full lifecycle of the application and critical workflows.

   

  EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.

   

  PREFERABLE INDUSTRY: Lubricants, R&D formulation Energy - Downstream Domain

   

  Job Description: The candidate should be having

   

  • 4-6+ years of experience in supporting ELN Application (Perkin Elmer mandatory and Biovia, LabWare optional).

   

  • He must have experience in providing L2 and L3 Level support with a good understanding of Organizational change process (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)

   

  • He should be able to solve various Admin and normal ELN issues and fix them. Good understanding about the Architecture of the ELN.

   

  • Advanced exposure to workflow within the ELN Application. Knowledge in fixing network issues, diagnosing and solving software issues (especially MS Office, Adobe)

   

  • Liaise with various Infra team, vendor, and fix application related issues.

   

  • Exposure to working in ITIL environment managing issues through Service Now

   

  • Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills, Updating self-help documentation so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves on their own.

   

  • Crystal report generation when requested by Business for auditing

   

  • ELN Application upgrade/migration exposure and helping business in major activities.

   

  • Customizing the Critical functionalities within the Application is desirable

   

  • Excellent in verbal & written communication skills.

   

  • Flexible to work during critical issues negotiating the timeframe and be a team player
