JD:
· Network Access Control
o High level of expertise in all areas of the NAC solutions.?
o Hands on expertise on working on 802.1x, Radius, TACACS protocol
o Capable of handling cases and escalations within guidelines.?
o Provide on-site and off-site Cisco ISE support to customers including, product deployment, configuration, health checks, optimization, training and troubleshooting.?
o Experience with design and configuration of Cisco ISE
o Hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux platforms with a solid understanding of networking principals and security best practices.?
o Understanding of the system hardening processes, tools, guidelines, and benchmarks.?
o Experience installing, managing and supporting production network and computer security systems comprised of multiple network hardware and software?
o Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, 802. 1Q VLAN, VPN, LAN, WAN, RADIUS and Network Security?
o Resource shall ensure that the NAC Services Setup Manager will, in accordance with the Framework Agreement, interface with relevant stakeholders from <Client name> for monitoring the Service Setup activities for the NAC Services.
o Experience with design and configuration of Cisco ISE.?

Roles and responsibilities
· Must have hands-on experience in (high available, multi-site, Inte
et hosting, highly integrated) routing, switching, Firewall & WAN Compressors environment.· Troubleshooting the problems related with product configuration issues and work with helpdesk team
· Should be familiar with the tools installation and issues related to installation & integration
· Responding to system alerts / alarms.
· Trouble shooing the problems related with product configuration issues and performance issues
· Good knowledge on ITIL procedures
· Update, review and submit final versions of Managed security services knowledge documents.
· Completion of testing and Acceptance processes for all Service Setup Milestones in accordance with the Framework Agreement.
· Manage Supplier’s Service Setup activities to achieve a successful transition of service responsibility within the committed timeline.
· Document and review required templates for effective management of Service Setup activities.
