  • Strong Knowledge of SolarWinds Orion APM and NPM software.
  • Good Knowledge of SNMP, syslog etc.
  • Good knowledge on integration of SolarWinds and third-party tools for event forwarding and auto- ticketing
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL database inte
    al and architecture or experience with supporting database administration.
  • very good understanding of ITIL process framework, ITIL Foundation certificate preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, include client facing, presentation and relationship skills.
  • Build positive working relationship and works collaboratively with other team members.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.
  • Provide Operational Documentations as and when required.
  • Good Spoken and Written Communication skills, should be able to converse freely with global counterparts.
  • High availability of the team member which includes week days or Weekends as the Operations team is available 24*7.
