  ·         Strong knowledge in MS Teams architecture

  ·         Understanding for MS Teams Admin portal

  ·         Able to analyze CQD data for problematic meeting/live events/web casting

  ·         Intial log analysis for MS Teams desktop client related issue

  ·         Knowledge about Microsoft roadmap

  ·         Strong understanding for Network architecture for MS Teams packet routing

  ·         Knowledge for Microsoft recommended tools like Wireshark, fiddler etc

  ·         Storing understanding for port details for MS Teams audio/video packet routing

  ·         Perform root cause analysis of incidents and problems

  ·         Stay on top of the recent developments about new feature like breakout rooms, together mode etc.

  ·         Understanding for deployed application like MS Forms, tasks etc.

  ·         Strong understanding on backend sharepoint site for MS Teams

  ·         Should have knowledge about Teams direct routing and telephony

  ·         Should have knowledge about Teams room
