  Team Lead Experience required

   

  ·         Work in shifts 24 x 5.

  ·         Work on weekends or during off Business hours for any scheduled activity (will be planned well in advance).

  ·         Use ticket tracking software to record all work activity related to Incident, Service Requests, Problem tickets and Change requests, following defined processes based on ITIL methodology

  ·         NetApp storage infrastructure monitoring and managing.

  ·         NetApp Storage Monitoring & Tools Experience (Unified Manager).

  ·         Protocol Management: CIFS, NFS, SAN, ISCSI.

  ·         Work in shifts 18 x 5, typically rotating weekly.

  ·         Work on weekends or during off Business hours for any scheduled activity.

  ·         Experience in DR tests.

  ·         Experience on SAN management including zoning.

  ·         Understand ITIL process and follow it.

  ·         Testing / Validation of storage/backup systems.

  ·         Experience in monitoring tool On Command Unified Manager (OCUM).

  ·         Build Technical Documents relation to operations.

  ·         Analyze and resolve escalated problems & ensure integrity of Storage infrastructure.

  ·         Create, Delete, Manage RAID Sets/Storage Aggregate/Volume/LUNs.

  ·         Monitor storage capacity usage, Storage System Performance, Storage Systems Events,  & Fiber Channel Performance.

  ·         Check of configuration backups.

  ·         Brocade SAN Switch & Fabric Management & Monitoring.

  ·         Knowledge in Data backup and restore management using Commvault.
