  ·         Experience in handling stakeholders during meetings/workshops over the phone or face to face discussion.

  ·         Good communication skills

  ·         Experience in defining requirements with help of business.

  Detailed Job Description:

  
  1. Requirement gathering capability
  2. Should be able to conduct workshops/meeting with Business and IT
  3.  Should be aware of all the BA related deliverable and able to deliver them as per the timelines
  4. Should be able to prepare business process maps
  5. Should be aware of review and Sign off process
  6. Should have understanding of BA end to end life-cycle
  7. Should be able to coordinate with Development team and clarify their queries.
  8. Should be able to create a bridge successfully between business and development team.
