    Shift timings : 9AM to 6PM IST

    SUMMARY

    Under direct supervision, enables recruitment while liaising with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. Supports with timely hiring, updates and reporting.

     

    MAJOR DUTIES

    • Support recruitment with Inte
    al and Exte
    al Schedules, Background verification support and Offer Letter generation.

    • Complete Exte
    al Hiring on a weekly basis as assigned and provide updates on a timely manner.

    • Create the Employee files and validate the files of other Team members. Take ownership in adhering to the deadline and take the work to closure until the files are sent to HR Services Team.

    • Prepare and Share Hiring related Reports on a weekly basis

    • Support with Inte
    al Job Movements if required.

    • Complete on-the-job training given by the Recruiters and work Independently.

    • Update reports within prescribed deadlines

    • Work on Virtual drives when scheduled and required – Weekend/Weekday Drives

    • Provide support in conducting Screening/HR Interviews for Analyst Hiring

     

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

    Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job. Can work effectively as a team member and independently. Requires good communication, presentation, MS Office skills. Has good consulting, client servicing and influencing skills.

     

    EXPERIENCE

    Required: 1+ years of related experience

    • Interview scheduling – Both exte
    al & inte
    al schedules

    • Background Verification

    • Offer Letter generation

    • Initiating Accommodation requests for new joiners

    • Preboarding & Hiring on Taleo

    • Creating Employee Files

    • Managing the joining formalities on a weekly basis

    • Well versed with MS Office, Outlook, Taleo(we can look for candidates without Taleo experience also)
