Job Description:

• Purpose of the Job: Manage the Projects for all BUs for IT. Manage the cost & time lines of the projects. He shall be able use the project Management Techniques to complete the project efficiently. Responsible for researching & evaluating new technology while designing the projects. Defining work process, IT enables them and improves them. Undertake feasibility and preliminary design studies to establish the likely cost of engineering projects and their potential benefit. Plan, organise and undertaken the design of assigned IT projects to meet agreed technical criteria within time and cost targets. Assist in the selection of exte al resources and the negotiation of appropriate contracts with them so projects can be completed on time and budget.   Identify and recommend suppliers and equipment which can meet technical specifications and standards in support of the Purchasing Department.   Monitor and co-ordinate the installation and commissioning of plant and equipment so that projects are completed in accordance with technical specifications and contracted obligations.   Ensure that all installations are carried out and operate in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and any general Stapleton requirements.   Ensure that accurately detailed IT engineering information is compiled for specific projects to ensure projects are accurately cost and planned. Manage the quality of Project. Conduct the review meeting with all stakeholders and built The Project Manager assists in the planning of projects by carrying out engineering studies, which include preliminary engineering design specification and cost estimates ;and ensures the efficient management of projects by: a)         Ensuring projects are completed to specification within authorised cost limits and to agree time schedules. b)         Selecting, organising, planning and directing the work of consultants, specialists, contractors and Stapleton technicians. c)         Ensuring supplies and equipment meet Stapletons and legal standards for design, performance, hygiene, safety, etc. Manage the people under him during the execution of project. Manage the documentation of Project. Manage the stakeholder expectations.

  Key Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities): Provide timely support to implement the project. Ensure technology to execute Terminal related project related to Organizations. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access and high availability of systems based on system design. Project Documentation, Change Request, Impact Analysis and Enhancement.

  Technical (discipline related: PMP Certifications. Awra ess about the Business Process of Terminal and CFS. Review of design New solution or enhancement to Application Setup Ensure Data Integrity, Business Process, Data Backup and Business Continuity.
