    Skill: Oracle cloud SCM

    Exp: 5-8 Years

    Location: PAN India

     

    Detailed JD:

     

    • More than Four years implementation, support, consulting Experience (or equivalent) in Oracle Cloud SCM space.
    • The candidate must have extensive experience in all functional areas of SCM Products specially PDH, Procurement Contracts.
    • Should have hands on Experience in functional setups like defining Approval Rules, Custom TAD.
    • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skilled in using industry standard tools and techniques.
    • The candidate is expected to apply considerable development/implementation experience, a deep understanding of the underlying technologies, knowledge of business processes and support processes to interact with a broad spectrum of people within both Oracle and the customer(s) encountering issues during beta and production phases.
    • Resource to have hands on experience on any of 4 modules of Oracle Fusion Procurement Module
    • The candidate must have Work experience in all project phases of Implementation - Analysis/Design/Configuration/Testing /Transition
    • Reporting Experience: Build simple OTBI reports as per project requirements
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills
    • Development Experience is Mandatory.

     

    Roles and responsibilities:

     

    • Responsible for development of the Oracle SCM cloud related enhancements, including build and testing of enhancements/Defects.
    • Develop and act as an SME for all aspects of Oracle Cloud SCM in depth.
    • Collect and analyze business requirements.
    • Perform Fit and Gap Analysis.
    • Develop testing scenarios, write test scripts, reproducing the Issues and perform Functional Testing.
    • Troubleshoot, Analyze Oracle application functionality, Setup, Configuration, Process and Data Issues.
    • Serve customers with a high level of service by proactively identifying systems improvements.
    • Provide end to end support to any issues raised by users and customers thereby generating positive customer feedback.
    • Resolve ad-hoc queries and issues related to transactions, period closing, configurational setups.
    • Ability to problem solve and support issues identified during deployment and also support complex Production queries.
    •  Create Support Requests with Oracle, and work with Oracle Support towards resolution
