    General  Profile

    • Experiences of between  8 -10  Years for SME Leads
    • Good experiences in Testing, Triage and Debugging skills
    • Strong Communication, Presentations, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work well with all stake holders (Triage team, Engineering teams and Program Managers)
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

    Technical Leadership

    • Provide Technical Leadership for the Triage Program. Liaison between Engineering Teams, Program Managers and Triage teams on Technical matters 
    • Bring forth analytical insight and understanding of the specific product(s) under purview
    • Understand product roadmaps, feature documentation, release documentation and develop / enhance Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Understand technical aspects of features for effective RCA/ diagnostics
    • Understand test pipeline, dev pipeline, inte
      al tools.
    • Participate in Triage War-rooms along with Engineering and Program Managers – work for effective resolution and fixes
    • Work with Engineering and Triage teams to help co-create insights beyond current documentation and processes
    • Help resolve issues faced by Triage team by providing feature clarity, debug procedures, log collections, environment definition, etc.
    • Accountable for achieving quality goals / KPIs and meeting program commitments
    • Develop a shared vision of success and work Triage team, Engineering teams and Program managers
    • Develop process improvement ideas, automation ideas to improve overall program efficiency and productivity. Champion new ideas and initiatives. 

     

    Technical background

    • Experience with mobile apps testing, triaging, and debugging on Android/iOS platforms
    • Understanding nuances of UI flows, feature interaction/dependencies, impact analysis for consumer facing apps
    • Experience with regression testing, product diagnostics
    • Understanding of API integration and Web testing
    • Understanding of Backend services and associated issues, able to diagnose issues at backend service flows
    • Capability to debug and carrying out RCA
    • Experience with mobile automation technologies is preferable
