  Role details: ? Role – Checker Analyst ? Location – Bangalore or Chennai Eligibility criteria: ? Mandatory 6 years of experience in CDD ? Shift – Should be open to any shift ? A focussed individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who could influence others by showing initiative and creativity ? Strong communication experience with Client/Client Manager/Relationship Manager ? Should be knowledgeable on Client Constitution and other documents based on client types ? Basic understanding of financial services and its various underlying products desirable. ? Needs to have an excellent understanding of sourcing information from various data sources, and in several cases utilizing financial reports, and audited statements for such purposes. Should have a keen eye for detail and needs to present his/her case accurately. ? Written and spoken English needs to be at par with business standards considering the amount of interaction required primarily through written communication. ? Problem Solving Skills – ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise from time to time. ? Language skills (other than English/other Indian languages) a plus but not mandatory for the required role. ? Knowledge of the CDD systems and processes and of the different requirements of certain countries will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Thorough hands-on knowledge of the process and suggest ways of fast tracking / executing CDD activities ? Adherence to timelines of the record with an expected Quality ? Liaise closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure appropriate standards for the CCIB Business are agreed and maintained ? Hands on experience in dealing with RM / IMOs via email / phone calls to obtain the CDD requirements from clients. ? Prioritise workload on a risk basis to ensure effective completion ? Manage CDD static data with a view to improving quality of data in system including duplicate records/branch entries etc ? Liaison with Tech Support team for System related issues. ?   al Stakeholders ? Manage Remediation process - Perform Checker function for the cases assigned. ? Maintain CDD rejection rates within agreed threshold. Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager ?
