Dev-Ops Engineer
6+ years of Relevant experience with software engineering, customer experience
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Deploy software updates and fixes using Jenkins CICD
Provide Level 2 technical support
Support the application 24 x 5 using shift rotation model.
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with inte
al back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Experience as a DevOps Engineer with emphasis on Linux System Administration
Good knowledge of Shell Scripting or Python
Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Working experience with Data Engineering teams is plus.
