    1. Outlook issue- Knowledge on Outlook configuration, troubleshooting OST, PST, profile creation, OWA.
    2. Understanding of Shared mailbox, Email distribution list.
    3. Knowledge on Microsoft bitlocker and the purpose of it.
    4. Basic network troubleshooting including DNS,DHCP,LAN,Wifi issues.
    5. Knowledge of Basic desktop related issues such as Bluescreen error, Different system modes and troubleshooting.
    6. Printer configuration & troubleshooting.
    7. Basic working knowledge on Active directory . i.e. Account unlock, Password reset, additional account verification etc.
