  • The candidate shall have demonstrated experience in the following:

   

  • Expert level capabilities in application design, design patte
    s, capacity planning, application security, and performance tuning.

   

  • Expert knowledge of core iseries technologies, ILE COBOL, ILE CL, SQL, IFS, Shell scripting

   

  • Expert level in MQ series programming and API’s

   

  • Expert level of web services, SOA design principles

   

  • Experience with tools like Connect Direct, RTC and ARCAD on iseries.

   

  • Experience with Iterative software development practices, agile practices and successful team work and production deployments in high volume environment

   

  • Experience in RDi

   

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking

   

  • Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment

   

  • Effectively manage the delivery of services involving elements delivered by other inte
    al/exte
    al teams

   

  • Requirements

   

  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for IT investments and alte
    atives in the language of business.

   

  • Strong leadership and management ability, motivating IT employees.
