  JD - Enterprise Chat Support Engineer

  This role is responsible for support, maintenance and administration of the Teams service and must have experience with using the M365 technology stack and expertise with Microsoft Teams.

  The Enterprise Chat Support Engineer must possess problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills to support the customer, and possess a general understanding of network concepts.

  Responsibilities:

  • Support MS Teams end-users

   

  Technologies:

  • Microsoft Teams / Microsoft Teams Admin Centre (Mandatory)
  • M365 Admin Centre / Azure Active Directory
