  We need a resource who are good in stakeholder management, he should not be purely from testing project.

   

   

   

  Look for candidates Agile BA Scrum who had exposure in BA development projects .

   

   

   

   

   

  BA to provide agile delivery support

   

   

   

  1. Requirement gathering capability
  2. Should be able to conduct workshops/meeting with Business and IT
  3.  Should be aware of all the BA related deliverable and able to deliver them as per the timelines
  4. Should be able to prepare business process maps
  5. Should be aware of review and Sign off process
  6. Should have understanding of BA end to end life-cycle
  7. Should be able to coordinate with Development team and clarify their queries.
  8. Should be able to create a bridge successfully between business and development team
