Job Description:

  • User research (Heuristic evolution, behavioural mapping, competitions benchmarking, affinity diagram, task flow etc)
  • User experience
  • Data visualisation
  • Problem solving approach
  • Able to conduct workshops with stakeholders
  • Able to make questionnaire for stakeholder/User for workshop/user interview.
  • Able to gather requirement from end users
  • Able to analyse research data and utilise those findings in solution
  • Comfortable working in unified Design language system
  • Knowledge of accessibility to provide appropriate solutioning for a complex system.
  • Able to conduct usability testing to evaluate designs
  • Self-driven
  • Able to collaborate with other designer and teams
  • Able to take feedbacks constructively
