  JD: IT Software Asset Admin

  IT Asset Management , Software license Management, IT Procurement and Contract Management

  Knowledge of difference license models (IBM Licensing, Oracle Licensing), tracking, reporting and license compliance

  Vendor negotiation skills and software license compliance knowledge

  Ability to manage IT assets including deployment, tracking, monitoring and reporting 

  Knowledge of various assets used in technology and ability to distinguish the configurations

  Knowledge of managing the store, stock keeping

  Asset and contract Management

   

  Responsibilities

  Managing of SW licenses used across Bank

  Monitoring of Temporary Licenses issued/ used

  Procuring of New/ Additional licenses

  Reconciliation of SW licenses

  Maintaining Master Inventory (Servers, Switches, Routers, SAN devices, Storages)

  Reaching out to multiple support teams

  Review of assets and software licenses mailboxes
