  Shift:24*7 ;  Rotational Shift( 10 days night shift in a month)

  Location: WFH

  * once customer ask us  to work from office- it will in Bangalore only

   

  Below is the JD.

   

  • Basis knowledge of Networks, Servers (Windows / Linux / Unix / Solaris / Aix)
  • Hands-on experience on Scripting, Batch execution [EOD], Control-M job monitoring etc.
  • Knowledge on T24 Globus, Intellect, Oracle / SQL, MS Office suite
  • Ready to work in Night Shifts (24X7 x 365 model)
  • Stop / Start / Restart of Windows / UNIX / Linux system process in association with an incident.
  • Exposure to any monitoring tool like Oracle Discoverer / Service now
  • Basis knowledge of Banking environment & applications.
  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
  • Reports, Inventory, Monitoring, Validation and Escalations.
  • Good communication skills.
