    Job Profile

     

     

     

    The Technology Service Management job is responsible for managing delivery of the Service Management Practice. They will define best practice process, methods, standards, data and tooling across our Technology Service Management functions and provide support to drive their adoption - helping to ensure that each Technology service meets expected service levels and work within our risk and control framework.

     

     

     

    This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

     

     

     

    • Ensuring strategy is in place for the platform, this includes tools and processes

     

     

     

    • Provide expertise, specialist knowledge and consultancy to support the development and delivery of the Service Management discipline area\'s strategic goals and objectives

     

     

     

    • Responsibility for all production incidents that require remediation through the platform

     

     

     

    •Responsibility for all technical tasks that will be delivered via the platform

     

     

     

    •Required to manage all production incidents and technical tasks that require remediation through the platform via regular communication with the team and workshop meetings with regular cadence

     

     

     

    •Ensure that metrics can be produced on all items pending, all items picked up and all items delivered within timeframes of the agreed SLAs in Service Management

     

     

     

    • Communicate across the team including with SMEs, Head of Engineering, Engineering Leads and Architects to ensure the correct approach is taken to all incidents.

     

     

     

    • Collaborate with Service Management Practise resources to promote Service Management best practise and adoption

     

     

     

    • Ensuring continual process improvement and management of processes
