    SRE - NETWORK L3/L4

    Job Description

    • Candidate must have a solid hands-on experience on Network troubleshooting to support P1 and P2 priority incidents
    • Strong experience on Root cause Analysis for Network related issues.
    • Candidate needs to have Knowledge of packet analysis and identify issues
    • Specialized in supporting cisco network devices  with a broad technical competency in supporting the following: Cisco switching &wireless, Cisco Datacenter (UCS, Nexus, NetApp/Nimble & VMware) and Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, UCCX, Unity)
    • Cisco CCNP or multiple CCNA across different architectures
    • Proven experience in incident management, service request management and problem solving.
    • Escalation’s procedures, policies and working practices are adhered to
    • All records relating to service requests, incidents, problems and knowledge management are handled as per the SLAs and any standards as appropriate
    • Projects are delivered in line with project timelines and quality standards
    • Exposure to SRE principles and awareness on Error Budgets SLAs and SLOs.
    • Exposure to SDN and network automation
    • Cloud and docker k8s networking
    • Securing your networks and exposure to IPS and IDS and Proxies and firewalls
