• Project Role Description :
  Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  Job Requirements :
  Key Responsibilities :
  candidate should work from client onsite - New delhi a Application Support team member b Resolving the tickets based on the agreed TAT in contract c Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks d Perform functional configuration for business requirement e Perform the enhancement and changes f Propose the solution as part of global template and Recommend the architectural or business changes
  
  Technical Experience :
  a Should have knowledge of CRM integration with other modules like FICA, SD, BI etc b Hands on experience on WRICEF objects c Understanding of basic technical concepts of ABAP d Aware of front-end processes e Good command over flows of ISU specially meter to cash process f Understanding of configurations and R/3 processes SD module g Additional ASKS
  
  Professional Attributes :
  a Should have minimum 5 years of Expr in SAP for Utilities CRM Implementation /Support projects b Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements related to CRM module c Should be process functional Knowledge of Device Management, FICA, Billing Invoici
