  Years of Experience :

  1-3 years : jBoss, Apache/WebLogic, WebSphere.

   

  for Application support :

   

  ·     Monitoring Infrastructure Resource Utilization and service uptime

  ·     Monitoring Application Queries and Performance standards

  ·     Proactive capacity management

  ·     Perform L1 problem resolution based on SOP. Handle tickets by following SOP and Run Book

  ·     Co-ordinate with central teams for any L2/L3 related issues and track closure

  ·     Perform minimal level of SOP driven deployment changes which include changes to Apache Tomcat,IIS Configuration,Scripting etc.

  ·     Monitor licensing utilization which is today a manual task in co-ordination with Applications

  ·     Conduct health checks of all production and DR applications

  ·     Ensure that all SOPs are in central location and up to date; perform SOP- based application operational and administrative activities, as required

  ·     Perform OS health Checks, as applicable. Currently, all critical application health checks are being carried out before start of business hours

  ·     Perform monitoring of scheduled jobs. Currently, all critical applications- scheduled jobs- should be monitored
