  Job Description

  • Providing ticket escalation support for operational issues and supporting the operational rotation.

  • Integrating with customer resolution status, and deliver high quality solutions.

  • Identifying process gaps or areas for improvement in operational efficiencies and recommend/implement solutions.

  • collaborating as part of a cross functional team, delivering networking solutions in an expedient manner.

  • Engaging in opportunities to expand on existing skillset in attempt to increase knowledge.

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network problems.

  • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.

   

  Experience and Education Preferred

  • More than 6+ years of networking experience.

  • knowledge of software defined WAN(SD_WAN VIPTELA)

  • Cloud experience AWS (VPC, VPN, Direct Connects)

  • Experience with on Cisco wireless, Cisco ISE.

  • Load-balancer (F5, NetScaler\'s)

  • Good to have knowledge on silver peak.

  • Good to have knowledge on Cisco ACI

  • Proper experience with the administration and troubleshooting of large enterprise networks.

   

  Experience and Education Required

  • Bachelor\'s/Maters/s degree in computer science / Information technology.

  • 6+ years’ experience with enterprise / manage service provider network solutions including local area network (LAN), different wide area network (WAN), wireless services.

  • 3+years practical experience with all common transport and routing protocols.

  • Good hands on experience with BGP, OSPF and SD-WAN being desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS and familiarity with the Cisco product line.

  • Automation / Scripting desirable.
