  Job Description:

  1. Should have minimum 4-5 years of hands on rich experience in implementation, troubleshooting, Configuration, Management, Policy Creation in Checkpoint Firewalls IDS or IPS.

  2. Firewall implementing security rules and mitigating network attacks covering all aspects of firewall administration such as hardware, operating system, Hotfix installation, encryption tunnels, VPN, day-to- operations of firewall rule sets etc.

  3. Hands on WAF experience.

  4. Knowledge on Cloud technology like Azure and AWS is an advantage.

  5. Good operational knowledge of Network/Security concepts.

  6. Experience of dealing with Service Provider/Managed Service Provider environments.

  7. Incident, problem and change management within the aforementioned Infrastructure areas.

  8. Inte
  al team dispatching of tasks, incident tickets, service and change requests, group mailboxes, customer requests.

  9. Troubleshoot network systems and performance reported by users or clients and re-mediate issues professionally and concisely.

  10. Supply data on resolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) and, with assistance from the vendor technicians, advance towards full resolution of the issues and documentation of the process.

  11. Ability to support 24X7 security operation process with rotational shifts.

  12. Candidate must also have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service skills.

  13. Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
