• Job Description

  • Candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in Finacle 10.x Application L2 Support
  • Working knowledge in  Unix & Oracle DB
  • Knowledge Finacle 10.x architecture including  tables
  • Knowledge in Finacle Operations
  • Finacle 10.x  troubleshooting skills. Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve the issues
  • Supporting following Finacle 10.x Application modules
  • Branch Operations
  • CASA, TD, Loans, Clearing and Locker
  • CRM
  • FININFRA
  • Product Fatal error Analysis
  • Review the application logs
  • Support EOD/BOD activity and related issues. Checking logs / errors from backend and providing resolutions
  • Meet SLA  in ticketing resolution.
  • Support DR Drill
  • Ready to work on shifts
