Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring end- to-end oversight and assurance of security issues, standards, controls and regulatory requirements within HIP
· Work with colleagues and stakeholders to identify, challenge and report on available data. Identify, propose, and if appropriate, implement improvements to data and processes that enable improved reporting and decision making.
· Contribute and deliver change to process, procedures and tool identification/development.
· Provide assistance on HIP communications, co-ordinate domain town halls, check-ins, exchange sessions
· Vendor management for resource and also work with HIP India leadership team, local human resource team and Enterprise Services workforce team on headcount management, recruitment and completion of processes. Assist to arrange and schedule interviews and resource onboarding/exit.

· University graduate with a relevant IT degree
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Good verbal and written communication, self-starter/problem solver, team working, resilience and flexibility, adaptability, positive behavior, time management (proven working examples explored in the interview)
· Competent skills on MS Teams, Confluence, excel (advanced), JIRA, Outlook, Snow, EIM/TROUX, Visio, PowerPoint
· Experience on Transformation/Process improvements, Agile Framework, Gove
ance/Control Framework, Vendor Management· Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
· Strong communication skills across organization levels
· Customer focused attitude
· Crisp, accurate reporting of tasks
