  Job Role: Power BI Developer

  Location: Pune (WFH for now)

  • The Power BI developer will be engaged in analyzing datasets, organizing BI tools, as well as creating reports and Dashboards.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to multitask and excel at working independently with minimal supervision

  Job Description And Principal Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements, and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Convert raw data into applicable data/information models.
  • Understand which filters to apply and when, as well as the appropriate graphs/cards/plugins to use in telling a compelling story
  • Design, Develop and Test detailed analytic dashboards using Power BI
  • Tune dashboards to boost performance
  • Periodically check KPIs to confirm alignment with objectives

  Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in IT industry
  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  Required Skills:

  • Proficiency writing DAX expressions.
  • Expected to have SQL and Python knowledge
  • Knowledge of data analytics and the software development life cycle
  • A candidate with analytics work experience.
  • Understanding of the use of color schemes in GUI design.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Basic Statistics and of ADO is a plus

  Top 3 Skills:

  • Proficiency writing DAX expressions.
  • SQL and Python knowledge.
  • Knowledge of data analytics.
