Job Description:

• Key Skills: Tech BA Job Description: • Sound knowledge of Refinery planning and scheduling function in oil and gas domain • A minimum of 4 years to 8 years’ experience as Business Analyst in oil and Gas must. • Open-minded, reliable, and independent, Enthusiastic, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative. • Hands on experience working in Agile and Scrum modules. • Technical Experience on Tech (SQL/API/Data migration/mapping experience, JSON, XML) • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure. • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders working in an Agile environment to deliver more features faster. • Experience in establishing Requirement Management Standard process with multiple SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development. • Work with Product Owner and Pod/Scrum team members to generate ideas and shape outcomes.
