  Trust is looking for a HR Technology Developer to join our HR Systems team and be part of our fast-paced and results-oriented culture as we embark upon our jou
  ey to implement Workday. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record implementing and developing Workday integrations, with strong knowledge of the Workday HCM module. Previous experience developing in PeopleSoft and Service Now is very desirable. This is a technical role that requires strong hands on programming, testing and communication skills.

  Job Duties:

  • Capable of building and troubleshooting mode
  integrations within Workday and other applications

  • Writes Technical Designs and builds interfaces

  • Conducts technical review sessions and assures coding standards and best practices are met

  • Produces good estimates and technical project plans

  • Thoroughly tests deliverables and assures they are delivered with minimal defects

  • Finds the most efficient way to get projects completed and problems resolved

  • Effectively communicates with Other Partners

  • Takes ownership and proactively resolves production problems

  • Makes good decisions independently

  • Collaborates with business partners and third-party vendors

  • Offers guidance to partners based upon experience and research

  • Can independently research complex technical issues

  Experience Required:

  • 5+ years previous Workday Integration and conversion experience required

  • Previous PeopleSoft and Service Now development experience desired

  • Experience in the application of mode
  integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware) and building mode
  SOAP and Rest APIs

  • People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, Java Script and HTML programming skills are also desirable

  Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical, programing and troubleshooting skills

  • Capable of building complex integrations independently and following IT SDLC processes

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize daily

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to consult on solutions

  • Advanced programming skills needed to problem solve and troubleshoot issues
