· Provide technical support within the agreed Service Levels
· Perform Database software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches
· Perform Database migrations, upgradations –cloud, intra platform or inter platforms
· Expertise in Oracle Versions :- 12c,19c, RAC, OGG & OEM
· Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning.
· Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
· Clone one environment from another
· Database backup / restore & recovery.
· Data Archival activities
· Assist the development community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
· Database space management
· Implementing releases / service requests
· Server monitoring including health checks at server level and database level
· Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
· Performance and Tuning of database
· Golden Gate Replication.
· ZDM (Zero Downtime Migration) capabilities
