5 to 8 years of total experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience is must in all mandatory skills
• Hands on experience on capacity management.
• Have a good understanding of Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Monitoring and Capacity Testing.
• Have a background working within the ITIL.
• Good understanding of incident management.
• Worked on BFSI domain.
• Have a good communication skill.
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
