Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree & MCA 5. Must Have Skill: - • 5 to 8 years of total experience. • 3+ years relevant experience is must in all mandatory skills • Hands on experience on capacity management. • Have a good understanding of Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Monitoring and Capacity Testing. • Have a background working within the ITIL. • Good understanding of incident management. • Worked on BFSI domain. • Have a good communication skill. • Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
Tasks & responsibilities: • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and bring 8+ years of experience with IT and BFSI • 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure delivery / management and ITSM • Good understanding of Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Monitoring and Capacity Testing • Candidate should have background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline • Candidate should have experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform. • Candidate should have with designing and re-engineering processes to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency • Candidate should have knowledge of global operating models • Candidate should be able to present to all levels of management • Candidate should have demonstrated commitment to continual lea
