  hey are 100% on the cloud and 95% on AWS, managing day to day tasks, resolving escalation issues, configurations, deploying servers, adjust network settings on the cloud. Mid to Sr. Level Cloud Operations. They use Azure for Active Directory and authentication. 80% Windows and 20% Linux server environment, they broker the identity and management through Azure.

  Understands networking, DNS, DHCP – basic knowledge.

  Remote (located in India or Maylasia)

  Time zone: will rotate with other members of the team supporting central Europe/India/North American time zones 2 months at a time

  Operational role

  Key Responsibilities:

  Perform technical duties as it relates to cloud computing operations

  • Support the implementation of portions of new cloud solutions in partnership with team members (e.g., Cloud Architects)

  • Support technologies that are scalable and meet the needs of New Product Development (NPD) and other business requirements

  • Experience with Best of Breed Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutions

  • Other duties as assigned by Management

  Education and Experience:

  Bachelor\'s Degree in in Engineering or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System, 4 years years experience of experience Required

  Additional Skills:

  • Experience with best of Breed operations, Cloud Infrastructure and Software operations.

  • General experience with one of the following: AWS S3, Redshift, Azure DW, Azure Blob Storage

  • Proficiency with software tools for requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis.

  • Experience with AWS preferred

  • Familiarity with container and resource management technologies such as Kube
  etes, Docker, Apache Mesos preferred

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Knowledge of AWS VPCs, Subnets, EC2s, routing

  • Knowledge of IaC toolsets such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Powershell etc.

  • Knowledge of DevOps principles

  • Ability to run, debug, and modify scripts in Javascript, Python, C++ is preferred

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
